1.3 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services.
2.1 Logistics Facilitation: The Company provides international logistics coordination, freight forwarding, and specialized shipping solutions.
2.2 Independent Carriers: The Company acts as an intermediary. Physical transportation of goods is performed by third-party carriers (e.g., CJ Logistics, UPS, DHL). We are not responsible for the direct acts, errors, or omissions of these independent carriers.
3.1 Prohibited Items: Customers are strictly prohibited from shipping illegal substances, hazardous materials, or items restricted by international aviation laws.
3.2 Batteries & Electronics: Shipments containing lithium batteries or electronic components must be explicitly declared. Failure to comply may result in shipment seizure or fines, for which the Customer is solely liable.
3.3 Cosmetics: Customers must ensure all cosmetic products comply with the regulations of the destination country (e.g., FDA in the US, MFDS in South Korea).
4.1 Importer of Record: The Customer or the designated Recipient is the "Importer of Record." You are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
4.2 Customs Delays: The Company is not liable for delays or losses resulting from customs inspections, seizures, or administrative holds by government agencies (e.g., TSA, DHS, or Korea Customs Service).
5.1 Service Warranty: Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
5.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Chaerish Group LLC’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
5.3 Force Majeure: The Company is excused from performance for any period during which it is prevented from performing its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to war, strikes, government shutdowns, or global pandemics.
6.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Wyoming.
